All cabinetry and bed areas are included. You will be responsible for your walls, ceiling, flooring and finish trim. Drawer boxes and fronts are not included unless they are “flat” front and not shaker style fronts.

Our files are compatible with any CNC router that supports standard cut files. If you don’t have a CNC machine, you can take the files to a local CNC shop or maker space for cutting.

Yes! The files are editable in CAD software, so you can tweak the design to fit your specific needs. We do not offer any customization services so this will need to be done on your own.

Nope! If you can follow basic assembly instructions, you can use these plans. The hardest part (measuring and designing) is already done for you.
